Clients must comply with all applicable regulations when using our offerings. All intellectual content remains the property of Caldara.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in the service description. Payment must be made in full prior to commencement. Methods include credit card or bank transfer. Late fees may apply for overdue balances.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients may request to reschedule professional services up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Rescheduling beyond this period may incur a rescheduling fee.

6. Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Professional Legal Services

If you cancel at least 7 days before the commencement date, we will fully reimburse your fees using the original payment method. Requests submitted within 7 days of the start date will be reviewed case by case. Services tagged as expedited or tailored to unique client scenarios are non-refundable due to the commitment of firm resources.

Clients may transfer service credit to use within 12 months of the original engagement date. To request a transfer or reimbursement, contact us via our contact form.

6.2 Digital Information Products

You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed the product. Once access has been granted, the product is non-reimbursable. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused and in original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping arrangements. Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the purchase amount within 15 business days via the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

Caldara will not be liable for incidental damages arising from the use of services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Toronto.
